It was a good run, but Lincoln College Prep unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Harrisonville Wildcats. The Blue Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Lincoln College Prep saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cooper Burton, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Lincoln College Prep's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Harrisonville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Lincoln College Prep will square off against East at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Harrisonville, they will take on Lone Jack at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
