Volleyball Recap: Jupiter Christian's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak on the Road

If Jupiter Christian was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Lake Worth Christian last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Benjamin Buccaneers on Tuesday. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Buccaneers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13, 25-21.

Ella Brodner paced Jupiter Christian's offense, picking up 21 kills. Brodner got some help from Addison Dorsey and her 21 assists. Brodner was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Jupiter Christian's loss ended a five-match streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 8-10. As for Benjamin, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.

Coming up, Jupiter Christian will be playing at home against Somerset Academy - Canyons at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Benjamin, they will venture away from home to square off against Jupiter at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
