Football Game Preview: Springdale Bulldogs vs. Northside Grizzlies + Official Tickets

Springdale is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Northside a seven-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. The Springdale Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Northside Grizzlies at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Springdale is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Bentonville on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Bulldogs were outmatched by the Tigers and fell 63-7. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-7.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Northside's offense. They had to suffer through a 56-0 loss at the hands of Bentonville West. While losing is never fun, the Grizzlies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas football rankings (they are ranked 79th, while the Wolverines are ranked seventh).

Springdale's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Northside, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.

Springdale was able to grind out a solid win over Northside in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, winning 30-21. Do the Bulldogs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Grizzlies turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
