Basketball Recap: Skidmore-Tynan Takes a Loss

Skidmore-Tynan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Ingleside Mustangs, falling 66-38. The Bobcats lost against the Mustangs in their previous head to head back in December of 2020, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 53-49 score last time.

Skidmore-Tynan's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Ingleside, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.

Skidmore-Tynan and Woodsboro will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Skidmore-Tynan is facing Woodsboro at the right time seeing as Woodsboro is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Ingleside has already played their next match, a 49-47 win against Harvest Christian on the 14th.
