Basketball Recap: Trinity Christian Academy Continues Home Dominance on Monday

Trinity Christian Academy's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Fayette Ware on Monday. The Trinity Christian Academy Lions took down the Jackson Christian Eagles 57-41. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Trinity Christian Academy had a senior duo take command as Brayden Waller went 6-for-9 to rack up 14 points and three steals and Cole Craddock went 5-for-6 en route to 17 points. What's more, Craddock also posted a 67% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kaleb Williams, who posted ten points and five assists.

Jackson Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Birman Jenkins, who went 6-for-8 on his way to 17 points. That was a full 41.5% of Jackson Christian's points, marking the third time in a row Jenkins has scored more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kelsey Rose Jr., who went 5-for-12 to rack up 11 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
