It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Arroyo had no problem doing just that on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Edgewood Lions. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lions, too.
Richard Inostroz made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March.
