Baseball Recap: Western Wildcats vs. Gulf Coast Sharks

Western never let their opponents score on Monday. They came out on top against the Gulf Coast Sharks by a score of 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Western got a great performance from Jimmy Huard as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Huard is becoming a predictor of the Wildcats' success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 4-2 (and 6-11 when he doesn't).
