Preview: Campbell Spartans vs. Lake Norman Wildcats
Two dominant players in Brooke Suttle and Samantha Shehan are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Campbell Spartans will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against the Lake Norman Wildcats at 9:45 a.m. on December 20th. Campbell will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 104th in Georgia, while Lake Norman is ranked second in North Carolina).
Last Friday, Campbell came up short against Marietta and fell 67-54.
Meanwhile, Lake Norman put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Statesville 91-16 at home. Lake Norman's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Campbell's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Lake Norman, their victory was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0.
