Soccer Recap: Macomb Takes a Loss

Macomb lost against Monmouth-Roseville back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bombers fell 3-1 to the Titans.

Macomb's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Monmouth-Roseville, their win bumped their record up to 4-7-2.

Macomb and Monmouth-Roseville could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings. The Bombers will take on Beardstown at 4:30 p.m. on Monday with a big rank disadvantage (413 vs. 194). Meanwhile, Monmouth-Roseville (ranked 371st) will meet Metamora (ranked 174th) at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
