Football Game Recap: Belmond-Klemme vs. Southeast Valley

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Belmond-Klemme ultimately got the result it was hoping for on Friday. They came out on top against Southeast Valley with a 43-36.

Belmond-Klemme's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 21 points in the first half. Southeast Valley came up with 14 to make it 21-14 heading into the break. Belmond-Klemme were outperformed in the second half 7-14 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the win. The victory bumped their record up to 3-0. The defeat dropped Southeast Valley's record to 2-1.

Belmond-Klemme will stay at home next week against North Butler at 7:00 PM. North Butler will need to watch out since North Butler have now posted big point totals in their last 3 contests. Southeast Valley will be staying on the road, facing off against South Central Calhoun.
