Basketball Recap: Tullahoma Skates Past Central Magnet with Ease

Tullahoma entered their tilt with Central Magnet on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past Central Magnet 77-42. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Tullahoma was led to victory by Austin Tinnon and Xavier Farrell. Tinnon went 7 for 12 on his way to 16 points along with seven boards and four blocks, while Farrell went 8 of 11 en route to 19 points. The contest was Farrell's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Khani Johnson, who posted ten points.

Tullahoma was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

Tullahoma's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-2. As for Central Magnet, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-15.

Tullahoma wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 71-47 win against Lincoln County on the 18th. Central Magnet has also already played their next match, an 84-43 loss against Marshall County on the 21st.
