After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bradshaw Christian, El Dorado was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Galt Warriors 42-0 on the road. That 42 point margin sets a new team best for the Cougars this season.

Jason Wilson was a one-man wrecking crew for El Dorado as he threw for 255 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.6 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 58 yards and a touchdown. El Dorado is 2-1 when Wilson posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise. Jesse Morales Beas was Wilson's top target, picking up 54 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground.
