Softball Recap: Pinnacle Comes Up Short

Pinnacle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They came up short against the Panguitch Bobcats, falling 21-2.

Pinnacle saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taya Romero, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Reagan Cloward also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

Pinnacle's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Panguitch, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bobcats beat Pinnacle by a score of 19-0 later that day.
