Softball Game Preview: Open Bible Christian Warriors vs. Hope Christian Academy Lions

The Open Bible Christian Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the Hope Christian Academy Lions at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Open Bible Christian has given up an average of 14.5 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Open Bible Christian is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Thursday. They lost 20-5 to Northside Christian Academy.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hope Christian Academy). They were the clear victors by a 20-4 margin over Brunswick Christian Academy on Friday.

Open Bible Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Hope Christian Academy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Open Bible Christian took their victory against Hope Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 19-4 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
