Baseball Recap: Snohomish Comes Up Short

Snohomish was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 5-2 to the Lincoln Lynx. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 4-2 to the Lynx when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Landon Klein was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one double, and one RBI. Dylan Hutchinson also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Snohomish now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Lincoln, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Snohomish will take on Lake Stevens at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln, they will challenge Cleveland at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
