Volleyball Recap: Righetti Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Righetti can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. Everything went their way against Carpinteria as Righetti made off with a 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for Righetti: when they faced off against Carpinteria back in February, they had to take a 2-1 defeat.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Righetti was: they took every set by at least 24 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-1, 25-1, 25-1.

Righetti pushed their record up to 10-11 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. As for Carpinteria, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.

After both having extra time off, Righetti and Paso Robles will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Carpinteria, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Malibu at 6:00 p.m. on April 1.
