Football Recap: Tyler HEAT Takes a Loss

After flying high against King's Academy last Saturday, Tyler HEAT came back down to earth. Tyler HEAT was outmatched by the Harvest Christian Academy Saints and fell 54-24. Tyler HEAT was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-8.

Tyler HEAT's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-5. As for Harvest Christian Academy, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Coming up, Tyler HEAT will welcome Fort Worth THESA at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Tyler HEAT will need to watch out since the Riders have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games. As for Harvest Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against Grayson Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Saints 13.3, Grayson Christian 8.3) so any points scored will be well earned.
