Softball Recap: Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs vs. Columbus East Olympians
Franklin Community won the last time they faced Columbus East and things went their way on Saturday too. The Grizzly Cubs walked away with a 10-7 victory over the Olympians. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Grizzly Cubs.

Bryleigh Carlisle-Haltom spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and five unearned) runs on eight hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Franklin Community will head out on the road to take on Mooresville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pioneers will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Grizzly Cubs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Columbus East, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Jennings County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
