Baseball Recap: Orange's Winning Streak Snapped at Four Games

It was a good run, but Orange unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Person Rockets by a score of 8-7. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rockets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Kayden Bradsher and Henry Hoffman stepped up to the plate in a big way. Bradsher scored two runs while going 1-for-3, while Hoffman went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Bradsher has become a key player for Orange: the team is 5-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 2-3 otherwise.

Orange's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 7-4. As for Person, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

While Orange had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
