After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bell Gardens, Bell was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They strolled past the Dr. Maya Angelou Community Phoenix with points to spare, taking the game 22-6.
Erick Stubbs was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 242 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry.
Stubbs wasn't the only one working in the rushing yards department: Bell was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 322 rushing yards.
