 The Severance Silver Knights will look to defend their home court  on Thursday against the Frederick Golden Eagles at 7:30  p.m. Severance is coming into the  matchup hot, having won their last 13 games.
 Even though Roosevelt scored an imposing 57 points on Tuesday, Severance still came out on top. Severance took their   match against Roosevelt   69-57. Given Severance's advantage  in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings  (they are ranked 52nd, while Roosevelt is ranked 252nd), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Severance to victory, but perhaps none more so than   John Flowers, who  scored 11 points along with six  rebounds and two  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Damarii Wright, who  scored ten points along with five  rebounds and three  steals.
 Meanwhile, Frederick pushed their score all the way to 56 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Thompson Valley  62-56.
 Severance pushed their record up to 18-4 with that  victory, which was their seventh straight  on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their  offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 62.1 points per game. As for Frederick, their loss dropped their record down to 13-9.
