Soccer Game Preview: Callaway vs. Luella

The Callaway Cavaliers will head out on the road to square off against the Luella Lions at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Callaway's win against Lithonia wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cavaliers beat the Bulldogs by a goal, winning 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Callaway.

Meanwhile, Luella kept a clean sheet against Griffin on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Bears by a score of 2-0.

LIONEL ITURRIA and LASHAYNE HIBBERT scored both of Luella's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 18 goals.

Callaway's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Luella, their win bumped their record up to 7-10.
