Volleyball Recap: Bunceton Takes a Loss

Bunceton lost against Sacred Heart back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Dragons came up short against the Gremlins, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-4, 25-5.

Sacred Heart found their leader in freshman Sophie Hesse, who had nine digs and three aces.

Bunceton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Sacred Heart, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Bunceton will take on Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on October 1. As for Sacred Heart, they will host Stover at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
