Game recap: Hudson High School Football Team defeats Strongsville

STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - Jack Palumbo ran for three touchdowns and Ben Hart added two as well as Hudson (Ohio) bested Strongsville (Ohio) 35-17 on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a field goal, the Mustangs went into halftime with a 10-7 lead. The Explorers scored the winning points with a touchdown run by Hart that came in the third quarter.

With the win Hudson extended its winning streak to eight games. Hudson defeated Solon 42-14 last week.

HHS came into the game allowing 8.9 points per game.



The loss comes after Strongsville defeated Twinsburg 31-20 last week. The loss snapped Strongsville's three-game winning streak.

Strongsville (6-3) will play a Northeast Ohio - Valley game against Brunswick next week, while Hudson (8-0) will take on Mentor also in a Northeast Ohio - Valley game.
