Softball Recap: Georgetown Comes Up Short

Georgetown lost against Oak Hill back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Georgetown Bulldogs took a 12-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oak Hill Rams. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Georgetown now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Oak Hill, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-6.

Looking ahead, Georgetown will welcome LaSalle at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Oak Hill, they will face off against Harrisonburg at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.
