Volleyball Recap: Algoma Comes Up Short

Algoma was the 2-1 winner over Wittenberg-Birnamwood when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolves fell 2-0 to the Chargers on Saturday.

Algoma's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Wittenberg-Birnamwood, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-5.

Algoma has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Hilbert on the 20th. As for Wittenberg-Birnamwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Central Wisconsin Christian on the 20th.
