Taylor won the last time they faced Anderson and things went their way on Wednesday too. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, the Taylor Griffins made off with a 54-53 victory over the Anderson Titans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Griffins.

Taylor's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7. As for Anderson, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Taylor won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Lincoln Park at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Anderson has already played their next contest (against Clarenceville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
