Football Preview: North Stokes Vikings vs. East Columbus Gators

After each having a week off, the North Stokes Vikings and the East Columbus Gators will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. East Columbus took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on North Stokes, who comes in off a win.

North Stokes gave up the first points last Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past South Stokes 14-12. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead North Stokes to victory, but perhaps none more so than Gavin Hernandez, who picked up 166 receiving yards.
