Basketball Recap: Vincennes Lincoln Takes a Loss

Vincennes Lincoln was the 46-42 winner over South Knox when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Vincennes Lincoln Alices fell to the South Knox Spartans 56-52. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Alices came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 93rd, while the Spartans are ranked 243rd).

Vincennes Lincoln has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-8 record this season. South Knox's victory bumped their record up to 9-11.

Vincennes Lincoln didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 58-37 loss against Jasper on the 20th. South Knox has also already played their next game (against Evansville Mater Dei), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
