Volleyball Recap: Pasadena Takes a Loss

Pasadena lost against Crescenta Valley back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Pasadena Bulldogs fell just short of the Crescenta Valley Falcons by a score of 3-2. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pasadena took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 23-25, 21-25, 25-22, 15-13.

Pasadena's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Crescenta Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pasadena will head out to face off against Glendale at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Crescenta Valley, they will head out on the road to square off against Arcadia at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Arcadia will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Crescenta Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
