Soccer Recap: Lakeshore Comes Up Short

After flying high against Niles on Tuesday, Lakeshore came back down to earth. The Lancers fell just short of the Edwardsburg Eddies by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. Lakeshore haven't had much luck with Edwardsburg recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Lakeshore's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Edwardsburg, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lakeshore will venture away from home to take on St. Joseph at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Edwardsburg, they will challenge Coldwater at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
