For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 10-9 victory the Comets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Keely Lawson was a standout: she scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. Caroline Keutzer was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
