Softball Recap: Palmer Takes a Loss

Palmer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Calhoun City Wildcats, falling 17-0. That's two games in a row now that the Dragons have lost by exactly 17 runs.

Palmer's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Calhoun City, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-8.

Palmer has already played their next game (against Rosa Fort), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Calhoun City, they have also already played their next contest, a 9-7 victory against Vardaman on the 12th.
