Basketball Recap: Madison Academy Comes Up Short

Madison Academy lost against Austin back in December of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Mustangs took a 51-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Black Bears. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Madison Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Austin, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Madison Academy is taking a road trip to challenge Oakwood Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Madison Academy will be up against Oakwood Academy's rather soft defense (which has allowed 58.75 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Austin, they will be playing at home against Bob Jones at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Black Bears will need to watch out since the Patriots have now posted at least 55 points in their last seven matchups.
