Soccer Recap: Venice Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Venice can now relate to. They came up short against the Riverview Sarasota Rams on Thursday, falling 4-1. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Venice's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8-3. As for Riverview Sarasota, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Venice nor Riverview Sarasota have any future games scheduled.
