Adams is a perfect 6-0 against Spruce since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Adams Cougars will be playing in front of their home fans against the Spruce Timberwolves at 11:30 a.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

It was a proper cat-fight when Adams challenged Wilson on Friday. Adams took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Wilson. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Spruce was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to Poteet. The game was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Timberwolves it sure didn't stay that way.

Adams' loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Spruce, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

Adams came out on top in a nail-biter against Spruce when the teams last played back in January, sneaking past 1-0. Will Adams repeat their success, or does Spruce have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
