Basketball Recap: Vernon Comes Up Short

Vernon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They were beaten by the City View Mustangs 100-60. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Lions have suffered against the Mustangs since December 29, 2020.

Vernon's defeat dropped their record down to 11-14. As for City View, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-11.

As of now, neither Vernon nor City View have any future games scheduled.
