Game recap: Evangel Family Christian Academy tops North River Christian

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Evangel Family Christian Academy (Montgomery, Ala.) beat North River Christian (Tuscaloosa, Ala.) 49-28 thanks to dual threat quarterback Dale Keahey, who threw two touchdown passes while running for two more.

After taking the lead on a Keahey touchdown run in the first quarter, the Saints led 42-8 at the half.

Evangel Family Christian Academy expanded its lead to 41 points entering the fourth quarter. EFCA's lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run by Trey Duncan.

A 59-34 Evangel Family Christian Academy victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.

The win was a nice bounce back for the Saints, who lost to Ballard Christian last week, 60-34.
