Basketball Game Preview: Maranacook Black Bears vs. Madison Bulldogs

The Maranacook Black Bears will head out to face off against the Madison Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, Maranacook didn't have too much trouble with Monmouth Academy as they won 40-22.

Meanwhile, Madison made easy work of Mount Abram on Friday and carried off a 56-30 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 25 points or more this season.

Maranacook's record is now 10-7. As for Madison, their record now sits at 13-6.

Maranacook skirted past Madison 50-47 when the teams last played back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Maranacook since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
