Basketball Recap: Reeths-Puffer Comes Up Short

Reeths-Puffer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 75-67 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Traverse City Central Trojans.

Reeths-Puffer's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Traverse City Central, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Reeths-Puffer and Christian will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Reeths-Puffer likes a good challenge. As for Traverse City Central, they will be home for the holidays to greet Central at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Traverse City Central is facing Central at the right time seeing as Central is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
