Hardin County proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 20) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Columbia Academy Bulldogs 3-1. The win was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Hardin County's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Columbia Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hardin County will square off against Kossuth at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Columbia Academy, they will challenge Franklin Road Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
