Jerek Turlij gave up the fewest walks he has since back in May of 2024 on Monday. He was dynamite, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances.
