Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Waukesha North). Everything went their way against the Wauwatosa West Trojans on Friday as they made off with a 17-7 victory. The result was nothing new for the Northstars, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was Waukesha North's third in a row) raised their record to 15-7. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Wauwatosa West, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-17.

Coming up, Waukesha North will be playing at home against Kettle Moraine at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Wauwatosa West, they will venture away from home to face off against Marquette University at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
