Hannah McAllister was a major factor in Hayes's victory over Big Walnut on Wednesday. McAllister was unstoppable, striking out nine batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
