Baseball Recap: Rensselaer Comes Up Short

Rensselaer came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Hudson Bluehawks, falling 13-0. If the Rams were looking for revenge after losing 10-0 to the Bluehawks when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Rensselaer's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Hudson, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Rensselaer is set to face off against their familiar foe Taconic Hills at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hudson will challenge rival Maple Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
