Guyer and Lewisville are an even 3-3 against one another since May of 2015, but likely not for long. The Wildcats will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against the Farmers at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Guyer has eight straight wins, Lewisville has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Guyer is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let Little Elm get on the board and left with a 17-0 victory on Friday. Considering the Wildcats have won ten contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Lewisville fell victim to Hebron and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Hawks, falling 6-0.

Guyer pushed their record up to 20-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.7 runs over those games. As for Lewisville, their loss dropped their record down to 4-20-1.

Everything went Guyer's way against Lewisville when the teams last played back in March, as Guyer made off with a 16-0 win. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Farmers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
