Volleyball Recap: Katelyn Kahler and Elizabeth Jerrick Secure Win for Unity

There's no place like home for Unity, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Spooner Rails with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-17, 25-21.

Unity was led to victory by Elizabeth Jerrick and Katelyn Kahler. Jerrick had 23 digs and four assists, while Kahler had ten digs and three aces. That's the most aces Kahler has posted over her last 15 matches.

Unity's victory bumped their record up to 24-13. As for Spooner, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 15 of their last 19 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-19 record this season.

Unity does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Spooner, they will venture away from home to take on Ladysmith at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
