Meanwhile, with a playoff game on the line, Chesterton rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They managed a 57-51 victory over the Indians. The win was familiar territory for Chesterton who now have three in a row.

Lowell's loss dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Chesterton, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

Lowell was taken down by Chesterton 65-17 when the teams last played back in December of 2022. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Lowell was down 39-7.
