Baseball Recap: Woodsboro Takes a Loss

Woodsboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 15-3 to the Bloomington Bobcats/Lady Cats.

Woodsboro's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodsboro will venture away from home to face off against Aransas Pass at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bloomington, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will square off against Nixon-Smiley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bloomington is facing Nixon-Smiley at the right time seeing as Nixon-Smiley is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
