Dalton has gone a perfect 5-0 against Cass recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Dalton will look to defend their home pitch against Cass at 5:30 p.m. Dalton will be strutting in after a victory while Cass will be coming in after a loss.

Dalton's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Cedartown 7-0. Considering Dalton have won five games by more than three goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Cass was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to Allatoona. While losing is never fun, Cass can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 374th, while Allatoona are ranked 22nd).

Dalton is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 38 goals over those seven matches. Cass' loss dropped their record down to 1-9.

Everything went Dalton's way against Cass when the teams last played back in March of 2024, as Dalton made off with a 10-0 victory. Does Dalton have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cass turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
